When will my order ship?

  • Please see current home page announcement banner for order processing time.

 International Shipping -

  • I do not ship internationally currently. Some customers use shipping forwarding service such as SHIPPN .com 

When will ___ be back in stock?

  • I try to rotate my design offerings as frequently as possible. If something sells well, if I love the design, or if it is requested often, I may occasionally offer a restock.

My item doesn't fit, can I exchange it or get a refund?

  • I cannot offer any exchanges or refunds due to item being the wrong size. If you have any questions on the fit please reach out to me!

Do you accept any returns?

  • Unfortunately no, due to the handmade nature of my items and the frequency of new designs, returns will only be accepted if items are received to you damaged or flawed on arrival (this does not include due to shipping, if damaged due to shipping please contact the shipping company).
  • All returns for damaged items must be communicated within 7 days via the Contact Page. Refunds will not be provided if shipping states delivered or lost in transit. Once shipping company has control I can no longer offer refunds.
  • All returns accepted due to damage will be refunded in the form of store credit.
